Our designs are never cookie cutter. All staging designs are custom tailored to a home’s architectural style, potential buyer’s demographic and photographic potential. If we don’t have the right style in our warehouse we will not hesitate to source out the necessary item.
We hire professional movers. We are designers not movers. We don’t show up in a U-Haul trailer. We utilize professional movers who are insured and carry worker’s compensation insurance. All of our furnishings are carefully wrapped during storage and moving to insure that they remain in good condition. There are only professionals working within your home.
Vacant rooms appear cold and barren. While some people may say “it leaves more to the imagination” and “they can visualize themselves in the space” — nothing can be further from the truth – a picture is worth a thousand words. Four empty walls are never inspiring.
Does my home need every room staged? Probably not. It will depend on your asking price, floor plan, areas that need camouflaging and general condition of the home. With your price point in mind we will help you determine how much staging your property will require to get its full asking price. We know how to highlight your home to its best advantage. We select everything from plants, paint colors, area rugs, furniture, art, accessories and lighting to suit the architectural style, color and scale of your home.
